On-Site Construction Works

Hallco Engineering offers the complete package for reinforced concrete structures which include:

▪ Sewerage pump stations and valve pits
▪ Water pumping stations
▪ Stormwater pits, culverts, and chambers.

Hallco excavates to all depths in all conditions (including caisson excavation with specialised equipment), constructs in-situ chambers (or installs pre-cast), then completes the structure with covers, ladders, etc. fabricated in their own workshop.

Hallco Engineering carries out all aspects of new pump station installation, and refurbishment of existing out-dated stations. Refer Projects Page for a listing of completed works.

Fabrication Works

Hallco Engineering Pty Ltd manufactures aluminum, steel and stainless steel ladders, platforms, access covers, bar screens and handrails etc which are integrated into the on-site construction projects carried out by Hallco Engineering.

All products are manufactured in accordance with the relevant Australian Standard. ie AS1665, AS3996, AS1657 and all Works are carried out by Certified welders to AS1796.

Innovative design and development of equipment to meet Local Authorities needs has always been a facet of Hallco Engineering. Many of our designs have been adopted by Local Government as their standard requirements.

Our History

Hallco Engineering Pty Ltd commenced operations in 1974, carrying out repairs, maintenance and mechanical installations to material processing and municipal Water and Sewerage Treatment plants.

Since 1979, we have specialised in construction of reinforced concrete structures and associated metal fabrication.
