Hallco Engineering Pty Ltd is nominated in a number of Contract Documents and drawings, and the preferred supplier of Aluminium Access Covers, some of these being the following:

Brisbane City Council

Sunshine Coast Regional Council

Moreton Bay Regional Council

Ipswich City Council

Redland City Council

and also by the Institute of Municipal Engineers Association of Qld (IMEAQ).

All products are fabricated in Hallco Engineering's fully-equipped workshop,including ladders, covers for pump stations and valve pits.

All items are manufactured in accordance with the relevant Australian Standard. ie AS1665, AS3996, AS1657.

All works are carried out by Certified welders to AS1796.

 

Hallco specialise in the replacement of heavy cast iron covers. These are replaced with a light weight marine grade aluminium (gas tight) covers.

These replacement covers can be supplied with a crumbed rubber, coloured, non-slip coating.

This acts as a deterrent to theft, and renders the Covers easily identified, and substantially reduces any scrap value.
